ACLCA Member Presentation

ACLCA is pleased to welcome EPA to give an update on the UPSS strategy, with a focus on the Flip Chart that has been sent out to our service stations clients - What does it contain?  What are UPSS owners/managers required to do for environment protection? What are the consequences of not doing it? How can we assist our clients to comply?
We are also very pleased to welcome Leighton O’Brien to pass on knowledge of valuable complementary services including tank integrity testing and leak detection.

Peter Oxnam will add a consultant’s perspective to his extensive experience in the downstream petroleum industry to share some insights into their legal/financial/operating constraints and some tips on working with service station owners and managers.
