CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) MODULES FOR CONTAMINATED LAND CONSULTANTS.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Modules for Contaminated Land Consultants.
One of the core values and aims of ACLCA is to provide relevant, topical and up-to-date training and professional development to its members, so that individuals within member companies can and will maintain and improve the technical and professional standards and skills of member companies.
ACLCA Qld will be been running foundation training in 2021 on Environmental Site Assessment geared towards graduates and new entries into the industry. ACLCA is confident that the training covers all major aspects of the contaminated land practice at a level of detail suitable for practitioners new to the field. CPD module workshops will be run as a combination of webinar and face to face workshops during 2021.
The modules currently include the following topics and are presented by highly experienced practitioners in the field.

Module 2a: Phase 2 Sampling, Analysis and Quality Plan -25th March 2021. 3.00-5.00pm webinar workshop
Module 2b: Field Investigations –25th March 2021. 2.00-5.00pm webinar workshop
Module 3: Phase 2 Site Assessments (Interpretation and Reporting) –29th April 2021. 3.00-5.00pm webinar workshop
Module 4: Soil and Rock Core Logging –Date soon pending Face to face workshop
Module 5: Analytical Chemistry – TBA Face to face workshop

Module 7: Contaminated Land Auditing and CUTEP – 29th July 2021
Expression of interest is sought from member company representatives in assisting with resource modification (to meet QLD compliance) and/or facilitation of the following modules.
