David Raftery – Jacobs
David is a Senior Principal in Jacobs with more than 20 years’ experience in environmental consultancy. David has significant experience in technical leadership and operational management for environmental consultancy services as well as project delivery experience in a range of projects including land assessment and remediation, impact assessment and due diligence supporting acquisition and divestment of brownfield sites.
Nathan Jensen – AECOM
Nathan is Principal Scientist for AECOM’s Environment team in Melbourne. At AECOM, Nathan is a Program Manager for the ExxonMobil remediation portfolio which spans multiple projects across Asia Pacific and has the leading role in stewardship of a behaviour-based safety system across the portfolio. Nathan also has a leading role in delivery of the Department of Defence’s Regional Contamination Investigation Program in Victoria and Tasmania. Beyond AECOM, Nathan is an entrepreneur and long-term small business owner. He is passionate about a sustainable future and building business teams that are founded with high purpose and engagement.
Rebecca Schliebs – AECOM
Rebecca is a Senior Environmental Engineer and has worked with AECOM since 2011. The majority of Rebecca’s professional career has been based in Melbourne, Australia but she also has worked in the United Kingdom with AECOM between 2015 and 2017, based in London (Wimbledon). Rebecca’s experience to date has primarily been in contaminated site assessment and remediation, however she has also gained experience in the water engineering and construction fields working for various industry sectors including Defence, rail, oil and gas, property, government and manufacturing. Rebecca is currently part of the project management team for a large ExxonMobil project for the last 18 months and is also involved in oversight of contaminated land investigations for a number of Defence sites. Rebecca enjoys mentoring junior staff in both her own team and wider AECOM business lines and is also a keen organiser of social events that include key clients and delivery teams.
Reece White - Coffey
Reece has been in the industry for 4.5 years starting as a graduate with Coffey. He has completed extensive fieldwork in assessment, remediation and validation works across a number of different projects. Some key projects include the commission and optimisation of remediation systems, close out of sites following Clean Up Notices being issued by EPA, soil validation and close out of 53X audit sites for change in land use, ongoing management of remediation and assessment works at large scale sites and ongoing environmental support with major project works such as Level Crossing Removals.
