ACLCA is delighted to welcome Sam Johnson from DELWP to give an outline of the PRS pilot program and its outcomes, before the program transitions to EPA for commencement of the new Environment Protection Act from 1 July 2020.
Sam is Manager, Environment Reform Policy at the (DELWP) Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, and has been a key point of contact between DELWP and ACLCA on recent and current legislative developments. He has previously provided valuable insights into various key changes coming to our industry with the change of the Environment Protection Act and associated changes to the Planning system.
The PRS will be an important part of the environmental assessment and audit process and therefore could have some important impacts for consultants. Please come along to hear about the PRS and the outcomes of the pilot program and how that may lead to the ‘next steps’
THIS EVENT WILL BE RECORDED ON LINE AND A LINK TO THE RECORDING WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL MEMBERS EARLY APRIL
